Sprouting Part II
After that first night take the excess water out, leaving them moist but not floating. Check on them twice a day to see if they are moist, if they are not put some water on.
After 24 hours our mung beans look like in the pictures.
One of the benefits of sprouting is eating your vegetables without any chemicals.
